SuperPhanto was banned for lying to staff to protect Icezer and himself from justified scrutiny.

In the first instance, he challenged staff of several SRB2 servers about Icezer’s guilt, was shown proof of her behavior, and said he didn't know about it and that it was new to him.

In the second instance, when questioned about Icezer’s continued contact with Bloops, he professed to know nothing about her attempts, but the truth is that not only had Bloops directly informed him of what she had done, but Icezer herself had revealed to him that she was going to do this several weeks prior.

He blamed ADHD and forgetfulness for these, later making the excuse that ‘Discord doesn’t take up 100% of his time and attention, he has a job and a family to focus on.’ These excuses are extremely weak, because SuperPhanto was actually so involved in the situation that he was:

• The person who suggested and then participated in the group chat where Bloops originally told Icezer they were uncomfortable with her treatment.
• Participating in extended discussion about the entire ordeal, including discussion about what it would take for Icezer to ever be unbanned, in which “She needs to stop engaging with her victim” was communicated by SRB2 staff as a non-negotiable.
• Actively reaching out to Bloops to make extremely audacious and opinionated statements such as “You should feel guilty” “You enabled her” “Keeping her banned from the larger communities is cruel and unfair.” He absolved Icezer of her guilt by saying that she was “Too mentally ill to know better, while complaining that Bloops standing up for themselves had torn their friend group apart and forced him to choose sides.
